Hello, welcome to our Tradespace.

Lifelines is a registered charity based in Colchester offering support to local people facing times of stress and difficulty in their lives. We do this through a variety of projects which help both adults and children move towards a more hopeful future. These projects include counselling of adults, both individuals and couples, play therapy for children, courses in parenting skills and nurtue groups in local schools. We also run training courses in Christian counselling and a variety of personal development workshops.
